Who we are

The IFC Production Viewer is a product of RVD Consultancy. Questions about privacy or your data: ifcviewer@rvd-production.com.

What data we process

Only what you enter in the request form: company name, contact person, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and your message. When you submit, the IP address is recorded as well, solely to trace abuse of the form. The site deliberately does not ask for IFC files; any models you send us directly later are treated as confidential.

Why and for how long

We use your data exclusively to handle your request and build your trial viewer. We never share it with third parties. The data is stored on our hosting within the EU and deleted no later than six months after your request has been completed — sooner if you ask.

Cookies and local storage

The site and the viewer set no cookies and contain no analytics, advertising or third-party services. Your browser does remember a few functional preferences in its own local storage (localStorage):

• your language choice for this site (EN/NL);
• your viewer settings: language, units, controls and saved filter presets.

These preferences never leave your computer, are not shared with anyone and can be cleared through your browser settings. Purely functional storage like this legally requires no cookie banner or consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. A single e-mail to ifcviewer@rvd-production.com is enough.
